The Panoptic Press began in 2013 as the crux of collaboration between Steven Arenius, Justin M. Knipper, and Bile. We specialize in comics and handmade, limited-run printed media. Based in Rochester, NY and Portland, OR, The Panoptic Press is continuously expanding our vision of sequential storytelling by collecting the very best of our work in our flagship anthology series, Panoptic Presents.
